Veterans Sourcing Group is Hiring a Procurement Analyst Near Brentwood, TN
- The role of Shared Services Specialist will be shared between the 'Supplier Outreach Team' and the Purchasing Team.
- Daily duties will be split evenly between the two teams.
- For Supplier Outreach, you will be responsible for providing Level 1 support, onboarding new suppliers, and supporting existing suppliers.
- TM will answer questions via phone, e-mail in the Coupa Supplier Portal while staying in accordance with established department response times.
- For the Purchasing portion of this job role, you will be responsible for placing daily medication orders for clinics across the country, requiring a fine eye for detail.
- Communicate with internal departments and/or vendors to resolve teammate account issues
- Analyze support-tracking data to identify trends, patterns, and issues related to general ordering or Oracle iProcurement; suggest solutions; notify management; implement corrective actions as approved.
- You will be responsible for managing a shared inbox for the Supplier Outreach Team.
- Assist with a variety of Purchasing team projects and tasks as assigned.
- Assist with supplier or product transitions as needed.

- Microsoft Outlook Competency required
- WebEx and/or Microsoft Teams Video conferencing competency required.
- Associates or Bachelor's degree
